Our model is built to remove financial risk entirely. All design work is free, and your team’s online store is also free to set up and maintain. There are no setup fees, no minimum orders, and no inventory to purchase upfront. Products are priced per item and made on demand, so teams and families only pay for what they choose to buy—making it a simple, risk-free way to get professionally designed gear.

Shipping is always free. We work with a global network of vetted, approved printers—each specializing in different printing methods and products—to ensure the best quality for every item. Because of this network, items in the same order may be produced at different locations and can ship separately, arriving at different times. No matter how many packages your order arrives in, shipping is always included at no extra cost.

The process depends on your team’s needs. We can start from scratch and build a full logo and brand identity, refine and elevate an existing logo, or use what you already have to create custom apparel graphics. From there, we build a dedicated online store featuring apparel and soft goods. Typically, we create 2–3 core graphic options that are applied across roughly 30 different products. Throughout the year, we continue to release new graphic drops to keep the store fresh and give families new gear to choose from.

Item descrBecause all items are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind. That said, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible. Our goal is simple: if there’s a production problem, it’s on us.iption
